If you're not the one

If you're not the one then why does my soul feel glad today?
If you're not the one then why does my hand fit yours this way?
If you are not mine then why does your heart return my call
If you are not mine would I have the strength to stand at all

I'll never know whatthe future brings
But I know you're here with me now
We'll make it through
And I hope you are the one I share my life with

I don't want to run away but I can't take it, I don't understand
If I'm not made for you then why does my heart tell me that I am?
Is there any way that I can stay in your arms?

If I don't need you then why am I crying on my bed?
If I don't need you then why does your name resound in my head?
If you're not for me then why does this distance maim my life?
If you're not for me then why do I dream of you as my wife?

I don't know why you're so far away
But I know that this much is true
We'll make it through
And I hope you are the one I share my life with
And I wish that you could be the one I die with

And I pray in you're the one I build my home with
I hope I love you all my life

I don't want to run away but I can't take it, I don't understand
If I'm not made for you then why does my heart tell me that I am
Is there any way that I can stay in your arms?

'Cause I miss you, body and soul so strong that it takes my breath away
And I breathe you into my heart and pray for the strength to stand today
'Cause I love you, whether it's wrong or right
And though I can't be with you tonight
You know my heart is by your side

I don't want to run away but I can't take it, I don't understand
If I'm not made for you then why does my heart tell me that I am
Is there any way that I could stay in your arms

Love You More...........

The more you put me through
The more it makes me wanna come back to you
You say you hate me, I just love you more
You don't want me, I just want you more
I buy you flowers, you throw 'em at me
I know it's sad but it's making me happy
The more that you slap me, the more that it turns me on
Because you love me and I love you more

What I Need?? (I need a girl part 2)

What I need
Is a pretty woman next to me
To share the dreams that I Believe
Dream with me, believe in me)
Maybe we could start a family
Someone who truly understands, how to treat a man
This is what I need.....

a love that's 'gonna make my heart stop now
And what I need is simple, five foot five with dimples
With potential wife credentials
Know about the life I'm into, life I've been through

Times get hard cry with me, die with me
I need a girl receive my mom's blessing

the sun don't shine forever
But as long as it's here then we might as well shine together
Never mind the weather, go somewhere and get our minds together
Build a love that a last forever
So let's stop the pain, stop the rain

Girl I wanna just, look in your eyes and watch the sunrise
No more lies, no more tears to cry
No more reasons for leavin, you I believe in
Love you till the day I stop breathin, I love you girl

What I need
Is a pretty woman next to me
To share the dreams that I Believe
Dream with me, believe in me)
Maybe we could start a family
Someone who truly understands, how to treat a man
This is what I need.....

I need a girl - P Diddy Lyrics

I had a girl that would've died for me
Didn't appreciate her so I made her cry for me
Every night she had tears in her eyes for me
Caught a case, shorty took the whole ride for me
First we were friends then became lovers
You was more than my girl, we was like brothers
All night we would play fight under covers
Now you gone, can't love you like I really wanna
But every time I think about your pretty smile
And how we used to drive the whole city wild
Damn I wish you would've had my child
A pretty little girl wit Thiban's style
This shit is wild
All the days that I reminisce
About the way I use to kiss them pretty lips
But as long as you happy, I'ma tell you this
I love you girl and you're the one that I will always miss
I love you Jaya!!

If the Truth hurts, does the lie feel good?

It feels even worse. You can't live in a lie forever, and when you face the truth you can only see damage. So it's better never to start than never to make an end. Truth doesn't necessarily hurt, but sets you free anyway.

Man turns to lies rather than truth because sin has a pleasure about it... but it only last for a short while. Sin (lies) have only a season of pleasure....
It is sad that man would choose lies over the truth. Such is the condition of the fallen man's heart. It is only by His spirit that we can obtain true Life in Truth (Christ). For He alone is the Truth.

About the Color Red - Her Fav color

When you think of color, red is often what springs to mind. Red can represent power and love, but it can also mean forbidden and blood. Red can attract or repel or elevate or enrage.
Red is one of the oldest color names, it is the first to be seen in a rainbow and has the greatest emotional impact of all.
Red's positive connotations include: love - ( red roses and red hearts), luck - passion ( red-blooded)sexiness - ( red lipstick, red sports cars) festivity - (Christmas, Santa' Claus).
However Red also have negative connotations like war, revolution and anarchy ( red flag), danger (traffic lights, stop signs and fire)

THE RED CHARACTER

The Red Character is full of the spirit of physical life, the will to live.
Red personalities are filled with adrenaline, determination, fire and drive. Possessed of tireless energy, they embody courage, liberation, tenacity, passion and excitement.
The red character has a burning desire to get somewhere, but tends to act without thinking -- it will get its own way, come what may. Quickening and exciting, yet practical. They make a decision and gets on with it - no hanging about it acceptable.
Red people are at best fine leaders of men, reformers and fighters, builders of great things from very little.
They are explorers and pioneers with the energy of the life-force at their command.

RED is the color of energy.

When you wear red you will feel confident and in control. The red family has many variations from raspberry to tomato, so getting the undertone right is crucial.
Wearing red will bring excitement into your day. It is the color of stimulation, showing a sense of exhilaration but also suggesting a demanding character. It is a great color to wear at the end of the week when your energy level might be flagging. Do not, however wear red when trying to calm children at bedtime.

Virgo

Virgo

(August 24 – September 23)

Your element: Earth
Your ruling planets: Mercury
Symbol: The Virgin
Your stone: Sapphire
Life Pursuit: To do the right thing

Vibration: Compassionate and caring

Virgo's Secret Desire: To love and be loved in return

Description:
Virgos are often put down badly by many astrologers and written up as being fussy and narrow-minded. But when a Virgo shines, there is practically no sign to match their inner light. An in-tune Virgo is a treat to meet. When a Virgo is confident within themselves they are the most successful, structured and creative of all the signs.

Many Virgos can be found working in the "service to others" industries, ranging from welfare work, doctors, school-teachers through to practising natural forms of healing like massage, herbal remedies etc. One of the most magical characteristics of the Virgo is no matter how many times life or romance turns sour on them, they still manage to maintain faith in others, refusing to become cynical. There is ingenuity around this sign, a kind-heartedness, which unfortunately is sometimes played upon by others for their advantage. Virgos can often become victims of relationship power-games, where they are mistreated.

Creative and sensitive, Virgos are delicate people who, like rare and special orchids, require individual treatment to fully blossom into their true unique beauty. Shy, they are happy to allow others to take centre-stage and often generate their time and energy into making those they love happy or successful.

Virgos are givers and when the chips are down and you need a friend, the one available during those testing times when you need advice or companionship the most, is likely to be a Virgo. Virgos understand human frailties better than most, because they are so deep and reflective themselves. With a Virgo in your life you have someone who understands and cares and any romance or friendship based upon these qualities is certain to be mutually rewarding.
If you were born on the first or last day of a Sun sign, in astrological terms you were born on a cusp. If that's the case, you will probably benefit from reading your own Sun sign and the Sun sign that ends or begins right before or after your date of birth. For example, if your birth date is 22 December, your Sun sign is Capricorn, but you probably have some Sagittarian traits as well

Love

Singles: Once Jupiter, the planet of good luck sets up his lemonade stand in Taurus, one of your very best matches, June 5, you are set to meet many contenders. Until then, play the field and if a Pisces comes your way through some sort of unusual meeting, have fun and see if something long term comes of it. Love maker Venus in your sign August 22 – September 16 is prime ‘man time’. Dress to impress around September 12 when a Full Moon in your relationship zone has some of you running into an ex. Looking fab is the best revenge! October brings with it a chance for a real romance with a Scorpio or a Taurus.

Couples: February is a romantic month for you and while you’re not usually caught up in the Valentine’s hoopla, this year you will be. You learn something new about your partner in March and you start realizing just how much of a good catch he is. On the flip side, for those of you wavering in and out of love with your other half, the Full Moon July 15 highlights your romance zone. If you feel your partner isn’t ‘the one’, it’s time to let each other go. For those happy Virgos, plan something special for mid-September and again late October.

Career

Jupiter’s transit of Taurus, your ninth house of higher education June 5 – June 12, 2012 is a huge deal for you. It opens many of you up to a brand new career, a new position at work or going back to Uni full or part time. You get a hint of how good things will be February 2 when a New Moon in your hard work arena puts you in the action and you get recognized for you ‘can do’ attitude. Late March a pay rise or promotion is in your stars and for those of you needing to brush up on your computer skills etc, do it by June, so you can really enjoy the lucky opportunities that come your way. Jealousy, competition and confusion mar August and November, but by December you’re kicking goals!

Money

Between January 22 and June 5 you and or your partner could come into some kind of windfall that sets the tone for the rest of 2011. Take charge of your finances in April when you realize you’re not putting enough away for that proverbial rainy day. A mid year bonus or commission has you dealing easily with overdue taxes and by December, you are seeing much more of the colourful stuff for all your diligent doings.

Travel

If you are too busy to have a holiday early in 2011, do something outdoorsy anyway. Start a vege garden, go hiking with your dog, hit the wineries - if only for a long weekend. Once Jupiter hits your long distance travel zone June for a year, some of you will travel more in the next twelve months than you have in the past eleven years combined.

Her Favourite Singer - Srinivas

Srinivas @ Srini'(as he is fondly referred to as) is an award winning playback singer who has sung over 2000 songs in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. He is also a music composer.

Early life

Srinivas was born in a Tamil Iyengar family at Ambasamudram, Tamil Nadu, though his family moved and has since then lived his entire childhood in Thiruvananthapuram. He started listening to Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer, M. D. Ramanathan and others through his aunt Mrs. Padma Narayanan, his guru in music. The soul-stirring magic of Kishore Kumar-R.D.Burman deeply influenced him in his childhood days.
He went to complete his B.Tech from Bombay University, Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT, now known as ICT); during which he represented his university in youth festivals. After pursuing his career as a chemical engineer for 10 years, his passion for music got the better of him.

Career

In 1988, Srinivas approached music director Ilaiyaraaja, who was at the helm of Tamil film music then. He was offered the opportunity to work with Ilaiyaraaja, but however things did not work out, as he was suffering from severe throat infection that day.
It was later in 1992, that the soundtrack of Mani Ratnam's Tamil film Roja reignited his dreams of playback singing. Mani Ratnam had introduced composer A. R. Rahman with this movie, who then went on to change the music scene on the whole Indian film industry.
Encouraged by the use of fresh voices in Roja, Srinivas approached A. R. Rahman. Rahman took a liking to Srinivas's rendition ofMehdi Hassan's ghazals and offered him work at Chennai.
In 1994, Srinivas shifted base to Chennai and started lending his voice to advertisement jingles and devotional albums.
His first foray into playback singing began with the song Sorgam Enbathu Namakku with Swarnalatha from the movie Nammavar, composed by Mahesh. It went on to became a runaway hit.
But it was only in 1996, that he gained recognition with the song "Maana Madurai" from A. R. Rahman's Minsaara Kanavu. Then came "En Uyire" in Mani Ratnam's Uyire (the Tamil version of Dil Se). This Rahman composition catapulted Srinivas into fame.
Srinivas has sung for leading music directors like A.R.Rahman, Ilayaraja, Deva, Vidyasagar, and in languages like Tamil, Malayalam, etc. He has made a foray into music direction through the Tamil movie Ae Nee Romba Azhaga Irukke, in which he was one among the five music directors of the movie. And his composition "Ini Naanum naanillai" in that film is a major hit. His famous albums includeUssele Ussele and Paarvai. Also he has worked as a co-composer to Praveen Mani for Little John. He has also composed music for a Malayalam film titled Seethakalyanam.
The playback singer from South cut his first private album in Hindi titled Yeh Duniya Sab Ki. His other hits in Hindi include "Kaisi Hai Yeh" from Dil Chahta Hai and "Zindagi" from the film Yuvvraaj.
Srinivas is a close associate to A. R. Rahman from the very first day he got introduced to Rahman. On working with Rahman, he says, "There can be only one Rahman. Two years ago, he called me out of the blue to supervise his recordings. I consider it an honour. Earlier, he would be there to monitor every single take. I sometimes wonder if I can match his perfection standards," and adds, "He's at lightning speed when it comes to creativity and innovations. There are times when he compliments me and nothing feels as good as that. For me, it's like an award."
He is a judge on Airtel Super Singer, aired in Vijay TV along with Sujatha and Unnikrishnan. He also judged a famous music reality show named Gandharva Sangeetham, telecasted in Kairali TV, and in which Anuradha Sriram and Johnson were the other judges.
In 2010, he released an album titled, Timeless Classics by Srinivas. This was a tribute to Mehdi Hassan and included major ghazals of him sung by Srinivas. It was released on Saregama and was launched by A. R. Rahman.
In May 2011, he composed music for Jayaraj's Mammootty-starrer thriller The Train.

Awards

He has also bagged many prestigious awards. He was awarded the State Award by the Government of Tamil Nadu twice, for his song 'Minsara Poove' from the Rajnikanth film 'Padayappa' and most recently(2007) for his song, 'Maargazhiyil' from the movie 'Onbathu Rooba Nottu' and also the Kerala State Award for the song 'Baansuri' from the film 'Raathrimazha'. He was also conferred with the title 'Kalaimamani' by the Tamil Nadu Government. His other awards include The Cinema Express Award, IIFA Award, AV Max Award and Filmfans Award. Most recently, he was awarded the Kerala Film Critics' Award for Best Music Director, for the movie Seethakalyanam.

SHE IS SO SPECIAL TO ME

For some there friends come and go,
Moving swiftly when the wind blows.
They talk in passing too busy to care
Not able to really listen when they are there.

But occasionally you meet a rare friend in life,
One who is willing to give her all,
Showing you another life.
You can’t put a value on one who is so true,
Loving her is easy as she takes away the blues.

She has many special qualities that she does not realise,
A very strong heart looking through Gods loving eyes.
The warmth I feel when we share,
Brings tears to my eyes telling me she really cares.

I may not have had the best start in my youth,
But when I am with her she makes everything feel brand new.
She tells me stories of Gods true love,
Knowing that he was always up there, waiting for me up above.

Her first poem was an impressive one,
The words were so true what I was going through.
She is like me in some ways,
Shy and humble not asking for any praise.

I want her to know that I love her so
For all the things she has taught me to know.
During this time I have grown closer to the lord,
Now understanding that he is standing near,
Helping me to face my worldly fears.

I made a promise to myself that when I left here,
I would be able to stand and make myself clear.
I want to feel free to make my own choices,
Following god’s word and sharing his voices.

My friend you are very special in my eyes
Spreading my wings, soaring though the skies.
If this poem brings a tear to your eye
It’s because you are an angel
sent to me from out of the sky.

It is a privilege to have a friend like you
And it is all because you are just you.

Operation Hardcore: Make Your Muscles Go BOOM!
"Don't overtrain! You'll only set yourself back and won't make any progress." We've all heard that one before. The way some gym dudes preach about the dangers of overtraining, you'd think it was the Bubonic Plague.
Today, we're throwing all that overtraining stuff out the window, because every once in a while, you just gotta open the hatch and drop some seriously explosive work on your body.
I'm not saying you need to engage in scorched-earth policy on your muscles day-in, day-out, but running your body through the workout ringer every once in awhile is what the pros do, and it might just put some hair on your chest (just kidding, ladies). To ALL my brothas and sistas—I challenge you to take a walk on the wild side and blast your muscles into oblivion.
It's ON like Donkey Kong!

It's ON like Donkey Kong!

The "Psyche Up"
When I was younger, I would train all day if I had the time, and I'd read all the popular muscle magazines before hitting the hay. I grew up idolizingSchwarzeneggerFerrignoRobinsonMichalik and DeFendis, the bodybuilding greats. I even had the book of Pumping Iron, which will make you want to train on the spot!
I can still remember Arnold's "bombing" trips that he used to do. He and some buddies would drag a carload of weights and equipment into a clearing in the middle of the woods and lift. They'd train during the day and camp over night. The reason Arnold called it "bombing" was because he would pick a weak body part and work the hell out of it.
He'd do dozens, yes, dozens of sets to bring that body part up to snuff. The first time Arnold tried this method, he ended up doing 40-plus sets of squats and could hardly walk for days after. That's hardcore all the way!
Sure, everything's hunky-dory RIGHT NOW,but how about after 40 sets?

Sure, everything's hunky-dory RIGHT NOW,
but how about after 40 sets?
If weekend work-athons in the forest doesn't get your blood pumping, then surely a little story about John DeFendis will. One day DeFendis didn't feel like training because his dog had just died that morning. But Michalik wouldn't have it-he reamed DeFendis for not wanting to train. So DeFendis went home, grabbed his dead dog's collar and leash, wrapped it around his neck, and did around 75 grueling sets for legs!
There are no excuses, and you need to be ready to bring the house down mentally if you really want to push your body to the limits.
The Preparation
All right, you got your head in the right place to move some weight like there's no tomorrow, but a word of caution: you NEED to be in good shape and injury-free. If you've got a sore shoulder, it's just plain stupid to do dozens of bench press or military press sets. And if you've got a joint problem, rest up. Let it heal. This is workout to do when you are 100 percent, full-steam ahead.
You should also have at least a year or two of hard training under your belt. Getting up off the couch and stepping into a gym for the first time and lifting your brains out won't prove anything to anyone, except that you're an idiot and probably injured.
It's also a good idea to plan for a workout this intense. I'd plan on making it your Saturday session and allowing for the rest of the weekend to rest up--you're going to be sore. Have plenty of protein sources and good carbs at home, too, because you can't afford to miss meals and need ample nutrients for growth and repair.

The Crazy Workout
First off, pick a weak body part you want to target. Let's say it's your chest. If you do the standard four exercises at five sets each, you're hitting your chest with 20 working sets. I want you to take your total sets from your normal workout (in this case 20) and double it. You'd be doing 40 sets because we aren't coddling ourselves in the gym anymore.
And we'll be focusing on just two exercises to work that one body part. Each exercise will get half of your total sets. If you want to do more sets, go ahead. The point is to work your ass off!
As far as rep ranges go, do sets of 20 with a lighter weight for your first couple of sets, and then increase the weight gradually while lowering the reps in a pyramid style. Always keep your reps above six, because you really don't want to risk lifting too heavy with really low reps and causing an injury. Aim to keep most of your sets in the 10 to 12 range for the best results.
Another way to get in a crazy amount of volume is by picking a number like 400 or 500, and not leaving the gym until you complete that many reps. Do sets of 10, 15, or 20 until all the reps completed add up to 400 or 500. Adjust the weight accordingly so you get a workout no matter how many reps you are doing.
200 done, 200 more to go—CRAP!
200 done, 200 more to go—CRAP!
Intense workouts like this will take you a couple hours, so give yourself plenty of time. I'd suggest starting the workout at about noon so you can get at least two whole-food meals in before you start. Take a good pre-workout supplement like NO-XplodeSuperPump, or Jack3d, and have an intra-workout drink like Xtend orSizeOn to keep nutrients in your system while you're training.
Afterwards, take in a good whey protein and carb shake. Wait an hour eating some protein-packed meat and carbs. Eat every two to three hours and rest up really good for a couple days. Don't do any cardio on Sunday or Monday. Use all your energy for repair.
The Reason
A workout like this will toughen you up physically and mentally. These workouts teach you how to break your barriers and how far you can actually push yourself. You will be tired, you will not want to complete every rep and set, and you will really see what you're made of.
Why do people run marathons? Is it just for maintaining cardiovascular endurance or improving your running? Of course not! It's about realizing that you just ran 26 miles, and you're still alive. Pretend this workout is your marathon. Don't worry about overtraining and just enjoy the challenge of it. You don't need to do it more than once or twice a year.
Go ahead and cry. It's okay big guy, we know you're tough.

Go ahead and cry.
It's okay big guy, we know you're tough.
Will this one workout add a half-inch to your arms or chest or add a half-pound of muscle? No, but at the end of the workout you'll feel comfortable sporting a tattoo that says "BADASS" on your chest.
